- Preparation of Preliminary Layout Plan indicating the broad planning within the parameter of Master Plan prepared above.
- Preparation of Final Layout Plan indicating the sizes of plots, road network, plots for various amenities including schools, dispensary, shopping, multiplexes, institutions, open spaces and parks etc.
- Preparation of Demarcation plan of the area for the transfer of layout plan on the ground. It includes dimensions, area and size of all plots, roads etc. included in the layout plan.
- Preparation of Numbering Plan indicating the pattern and numbering of various plots given in the layout plan.
- Preparation of Road Cross Section indicating the details of the major and minor roads provided in the layout plan along with the services, trees, poles etc.
- Preparation of Zoning Plan indicating the use of each piece of land, covered area. Height, F.A.R and other development conditions required for the approval of building plans of the plots carved out in the layout plan and will also include architectural control sheet of any commercial area, if required and desired by the component authority in the process of approval of the zoning plan.
